Memory Work

The memory work for this week was Philippians 4:8, "Whatever is pure, whatever is noble..."

This is what one kid wrote:

"Sorry Miss Ssolnegraph my Bible is different so..it said this...
so...you put on a sack cloth lament and wait for the fierece anger of the has not turn away from us."

How do you mark that? Based on creativity or accuracy? Another smile brought to a teacher's face.

Hi Emily .. just wanted to say hello. Kids are funny - I laugh a lot everyday too -- definitely a good thing. How is the church thing going? Call me. 519 235 4442 -- I'd love to chat. Congrats on Sarah's engagement -- another brother for you!

oh, sister time (and then i commented on a comment). i love sisters. and soon Sarah will be one of mine. yes, Emily, i'm stealing her from you. ok. so that was mean. i can only imagine how aggressive i'd instantly be if someone said that to me about my sisters. sorry. but maybe we can be sisters in a very weird sorta way, Emily, since my brother is marrying your sister. i think i'd like you, cause you seem cool. at least that's what i hear. anyways, we'll meet someday, and please forgive me and my threats. i hope you won't hold them agaist me...
