Anxiety
Lately I've found myself struggling with a bit of anxiety. I'm not really sure about why, but I do know when. It occurs during class, in cars, and during the week. I need to find ways to relax. Some suggestions I've been given are:
- listen to jazz music
- get a massage
- go to a tanning bed
- eat chocolate
- take a bath (personally....I really hate taking baths)
- go for a walk
How do you relax?

my friends tell me i relax well. all i really do is sit in a comfortable chair, put my feet up and stare off into space. sometimes it's escapism...i don't want to deal with the homework / work / relationships / life. sometimes i pray. often, i sit and think about random things...let my mind wander [which can lead to thinking about all your frustrations, dreams and thoughts (re: your last post), or even to thinking about those things you're trying to escape]. but i don't let them bother me because i'm too busy relaxing. cheers.
