Things I Hate
I ABSOLUTELY hate resumes and applying for jobs. Who has the right to judge me by a piece of paper? Seriously, just because I can list the things I've done, doesn't mean I've done them well or even completed them. What about my character, passions, dreams, desires, faults, strengths, etc. It's all based according to my wording, lack of grammatical mistakes, and use of white space. Thats crap!!

You have a totally different opinion than I do about Resumees. I also think they are somewhat frustrating but resumee's, cover letters and interviews are really fantastic in my opinion.
When else do you get to honestly tell the world how amazing you are without sounding stuck up?
Nikki, I see your point. However, an employer still does not get a realistic picture of the person. How many employees out there have great resumes and coverletters, but poor motivation and work ethic?
